  2. Non-European Union Customers with a papponni Account:

    - If you are a non-European Union customer and have a papponni account, the prices displayed on the website, when you are signed in, will automatically exclude the Portuguese 23% VAT.

  1. Non-European Union Customers without a papponni Account (Guest Checkout): 

    - For non-European Union customers who do not have a papponni account and proceed with guest checkout, the Portuguese VAT will only be removed from your order when you reach the checkout stage. Please ensure that you complete the checkout process to have the VAT removed.

  2. Shipments within the European Union:

    - If your shipment is within the European Union, the VAT rate applied will correspond to the delivery country. This means that the VAT charged will be based on the specific VAT rate of the country where the products are being shipped.

  3. Shipments outside the European Union:

    - For shipments outside the European Union, the 23% VAT will not be charged. You will only be responsible for any applicable taxes or customs duties imposed by the destination country, if applicable.
