The customer must notify papponni to [email protected], indicating the order number, with a copy of the invoice, photograph of the product in question and description of the problem. The return must be made with the complete product with its original packaging.

Products from the original order that are intended to be exchanged should be sent to Rua Bombeiros Voluntários 129, Esc 7, 2645-030 Alcabideche, Portugal. The exchange or refund will only be made after checking the status of the product.

The refund will be made as soon as possible after notification and return of the initial order, using whenever possible the same payment channel that was made for the purchase.

The refund will always be made to the person who made the payment (identified as the holder of the credit card used for the purchase or the holder of the account from which the bank transfer used for the purchase is made).
