How do we collect your data?

When a user enters the website, sends an email to the owner, makes a subscription or a contract, provides personal information for which we are responsible. This information may include personal data such as your IP address, name, physical address, email address, telephone number and other information.

On the website there are different systems for collecting personal data and each system has a purpose:

Contact form: We request the following personal data: Name, E-mail, telephone number, to respond to the requirements of the website users. We may use this data to respond to queries, complaints, comments or concerns regarding the information included on the website, the services provided, the processing of personal data, as well as any other queries you may have that are not subject to the conditions of hiring. The data that the user provides will be located on the server where the website is stored.

Failure to provide the minimum necessary personal data will make it impossible for papponni to respond to the request. This treatment will be considered legitimate because it is part of a pre-contractual diligence

Subscription form: We request the following personal data: Name, E-mail, to manage the subscription list, send newsletters, promotions and special offers, ours or third parties. The data is provided by the user when subscribing. Within the website there are several forms to activate the subscription. papponni will ask users for their express and prior consent by providing the minimum data necessary to send advertising and commercial information related to the services and/or products offered on the website, so that they can be added to an automated email marketing file managed by the person in charge of the treatment indicated below. The processing of personal data found in this section is done with the consent of the data subject. Newsletters are managed by an email marketing manager, detailed in the subcontractors.

Contract form: We request the following personal information: name, VAT number, e-mail, telephone number and address, to request any of the services or products offered on the website. The information collected will allow the processing of the request made by the user and invoicing. The data will be located on the servers where the website is stored. The legitimate processing of personal data is through the contractual relationship with the customer or user.

Affiliate application form: To apply for the affiliation program, the user must register through this form subject to the specific contractual conditions of the affiliation program, where he will indicate the required products and/or services and contact details. papponni is committed to the use and treatment of personal data included by users, respecting its confidentiality and use in accordance with its purpose, as well as fulfilling its obligation to keep them and adopt all measures to avoid alteration, loss , processing or unauthorized access in accordance with the provisions of current data protection regulations.
